Yoga and Meditation Instruction
Stacey is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Nationally Registered with Yoga Alliance. She is certificated in Hatha Yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga, Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga and Thai Body Massage. Stacey has done most of her studies with Baron Baptiste, he has been one of the main teachers that has influenced and changed her outlook on life and her yoga journey with Power Vinyasa Yoga. Stacey has been traveling the country and studying under the instruction of Baron Baptiste since 2004 completing all Levels of his training programs. Working with Baron has been an amazing experience both personally and professionally. Baron has inspired her with his brilliance and life long experiences in practicing and teaching yoga. Stacey’s desire to spread the love of yoga is evident in the passion she has put into her 2 studios. Yoga Bliss opened in 2006 and more recently Studio BE in 2010.

Alisha De Lorenzo
Yoga Instructor and Counselor
Alisha began her yoga journey with the 40 Day Personal Revolution Program at Yoga Bliss. After the 6 Week intensive program she continued her journey with a diligent yoga practice until she decided to join Baron Baptiste and Take Level 1 Teacher Training. Alisha has a background in athletics being a Personal Trainer, Health and Physical Education Teacher, Camp Director and High School Softball Coach. Alisha graduated from William Patterson University and received a BS in Health and Physical Education. Currently Alisha works a Substance Abuse Counselor and is furthering her education at Monmouth University with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Jutta Kay, NCMT
Nutritional Counselor and Massage Therapist
Jutta  has a Bachelor in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College , Master Herbalist, and is currently pursuing a Doctor in Naturopathy (drugless healing).Jutta is also the massage therapist at Yoga Bliss. Jutta has worked in Spas in the area and in her own practice for the last 8 years, and has ample experience in dealing with clients and their various health concerns, may it concern bodywork or nutritional needs, supplement questions, or lifestyle changes. Jutta beliefs that health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.

The “40 Days To Personal Revolution” program is based on Baron Baptiste’s best selling book. The program’s purpose is to guide you on your own personal transformation whether you are a beginner or experienced student. With applying Baron’s 12 Laws of Transformation you will see a natural reaction to the process with benefits that will make you less reactive and more calm, reduce stress, develop a positive attitude, get in better shape, drop bad habits and lose weight if necessary. This transformation happens when you stop and focus your mind; align it to the process becoming a more beautiful person on the inside and out.

  • Attendance to all 6 Sunday meetings
  • 3 days of yoga practice at the studio (optional)
  • 3 days of yoga practice at home
  • 7 scheduled meditation per week at the studio

In our 6-week program you will focus on a specific theme detailed in the book:

  • Week 1, Sunday March 6: Presence - Opening class introductions, materials, meeting and practice
  • Week 2, Sunday March 13: Vitality - Meeting and Practice
  • Week 3, Sunday March 20: Equanimity - Meeting and Practice
  • Week 4, Sunday March 27: Restoration - Juice Fast begins, Meeting and Practice
  • Week 5, Sunday April 3: Centering - Meeting and Practice
  • Week 6, Sunday April 10: Triumph - Last 5 day week Meeting and Practice
  • Day 40, Thursday April 14: Shine On - After the Revolution Celebration 6:00-9:00PM

The weekly programs consist of following:

Weekly Meetings
6:00pm-9:00pm Meeting & Weekly Practice

You are expected to stay for both meeting and practice. This class will be for the Personal Revolution Only. We will have a group meditation and check-in session. Please plan on attending these sessions as we share our experiences and progress, receive advice and guidance about the program, get to know each participant, and support one another. Please bring your journal to each meeting and plan on practice at the studio as well. Be prepared for anything and everything. You will find the meetings to be very motivating and encouraging to your process.

Daily Yoga Practice
Six yoga practices a week. Please plan on three in-studio (optional) practices and three at home. All six may be done at the studio as well! Home practices are described in the book and will be supported by Yoga Bliss. You will be responsible for logging in at the front desk for record keeping. Attendance records will posted at the studio.

Daily Meditation
Meditation is everyday twice a day. This should be done on your own time according to your schedule. Plan on one being done in the morning and one at night. If you miss the morning try to get it in midday and always plan on it before bedtime. You will always do one at the group meeting and additional offerings will be available at the studio, one of which you will be responsible for your requirements.

Healthy Diet Counseling
We recommend following any plan that works best for you, however there is specific nutritional guidance in the book. Our focus on dietary intake is to eat healthy. Yoga Bliss will help you if you need specific advice. Phone calls and emails will be accepted at anytime. Fasting (juice) can also be incorporated in your program. A juice fast is planned during fourth week of the program. It is not mandatory to participate, however it is highly recommended to incorporate it. The whole process is supported with guidance and even some fruit recipes that have proven to be helpful. This meeting includes a sampling of fresh fruit and juices.
