What to Expect
- Enter with an open mind for an open practice.
- Expect to Sweat. Power Vinyasa is challenging for all levels
- Try at least three different classes with three different teaches for a well rounded yoga experience
- Expect mild changes 1 time per week
- Expect increased changes 2 times per week
- Expect rapid changes 3 times per week
- Give yourself at least 6 weeks for a trial period before deciding yoga is not for you.
Do Not Expect
- To get it the first time. Give yourself a chance to learn the series
- To look like anyone other than yourself in the postures
- Allow yourself time for growth, Yoga is a practice, improvements come with patience.
