Learn to look within and understand the seven wheels of energy in the body called "chakras". Through simple explanations and guided meditations of each chakra, you will begin to create self-awareness and balance of the body, mind and spirit. Each chakra is represented by a stone/color which will balance and enhance the chakra. You will walk away with a goodie bag of stones to remind you of the chakras.

The science of Astrology is the study of how the planets at birth effect us, universally, personally and spiritually. Janet will individually give astrological readings and assist you in understanding your unique abilities and how to enhance them for the future.
Based on your findings, each person will individually make their own astrology bracelet made of Rudraksha beads and semi precious stones. Krista will assist you in choosing stones to emphasize your astrological reading. The bracelet will be a wonderful reminder of your journey in the workshop.

Kids Yoga Ages 7-10 4:15-5:00pm
Teen Yoga Ages 11-17 5:00-5:45pm
Please arrive 5 minutes early for class to prepare. Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat & water. Shoes are not worn for class so please make an easy choice to remove (younger students).
Children must be picked up inside, Parents please arrive promptly. No refunds will be given for missed days. There are no make ups. Late entries will only be accepted only if there is room in the group. Space is limited, so please sign up by requested date.
Renewal students only please remit payment to the studio. New students must fill out a registration form. This form is available on line Click for signup form or at the studio. All new students must have a form with payment before beginning classes at Yoga Bliss. No Exceptions. $25 annual (Sept-June) registration fee is required, includes T-shirt. |

Join me and the Crew at Yoga Bliss on a journey this summer that will bring you out of the house, off the couch and onto your feet!
Yoga Bliss is taking a stand on community and we are starting with our own 2 feet! It has been my long time passion to share with you all my love of yoga and the creation of Yoga Bliss, however this is an action to bring us all together on an intention of helping ourselves to a better lifestyle and just feeling great everyday!
With gas prices so high and a stagnate economy we are being forced to stay at home count our pennies and not do the things we need to in order to stay healthy and centered on our lives.
“Take a hike” is a program that will begin with daily 30 minute walks. I hope to get in some real distance hikes and bike rides too. Depending on your interest, I have in mind meditations, beach yoga and even surfing.
